This record is written in German. Thomas' parents are Christen Thomsen and Anna Sophia (no surname for the mother that I can tell). Ellen's parents are Niels Petersen and Maria Bertel? I am not sure if Bertel is a surname or another word. There are some words/phrases here that I am not sure of, so I would ask this in the German community for a more expert translation: https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/88-germany-genealogy-research.
