I'm trying to understand all the language surrounding the birth of Harald Rasmussen on 12 May 1871, including the notes on the right side of the page.

The second column is the birth date of Harald Rasmussen-12 May 1871 in Nakskov.

The fourth column reports that he was baptized in the church on 23 July 1871.

The fifth column (which lists the parents' names) reads: Unmarried Karen Rasumssen of Utterslov (Utterslev) in Nakskov and the said-to-be father of the child (is) journeyman mason Jens Adolph Lehm in Nakskov. 28 years ( the age of the mother).

The sixth column lists the people who were at the christening: (The child was) held for the christening by cottager Christoffer Andreasen's wife Ane Christine Jensen in Utterslov Mader(?); cottager Christoffer Andreasen of the same place, batchelor (young man) Hans Paulsen in Tjørneby, cottager Hans Davidsen's wife Christine Christensen in Kastager.

The note on the far right reads: According to the report on 11 July 1871 from the Priest Petersen in Nakskov (there was) born (to) unmarried Karen Rasmussen of Utterslov (on) the 12th of May 1871 a son in Nakskov who moved on 8 June with the unbaptized child to Utterslov parish. The said-to-be father is journeyman mason Jens Adolph Lehm of Nakskov.
