Merging duplicate profiles ...
Hi,
I have discovered many duplicate profiles amongst the Royalty and Nobility of Scotland. Also of note, a number of Familysearch members are not using the correct forms of title for the Scots Royalty and Nobility who then became the Scottish Royalty and Nobilty at the time of Unification of the Scots and English Crows.
I am attempting to merge the profiles of the Kings of Scots. For some reason a number of Familysearch members believe that there can be numerous profiles of a person on Family search when it is an all in one tree.
I am attempting to merge LHW6-FV7 and L89H-F4P as they are both profiles for Robert II, King of Scots from the Stewart Dynasty. The above mentioned people do not believe that all the different profiles for Robert II are for the same person or they do not want their work to be part of the all in one tree.
Anyway, I need some assistance here to merge the two profiles LHW6-FV7 and L89H-F4P as they will not merge.
