How can I change wrong data in my lineage introduced by others?
Exemplo of wrong introduction: my great-great-great grandpa Joaquim Pereira do Amaral [GQKG-S3Q] was given parents: Malaquias Pereira do Amaral [L5VY-YYF] and Anna Maria de Jesus [GQKG-NDY]. Those are his uncle and aunt.
He was son of Joao Pereira do Amaral and Quiteria Rosa de Jesus (Queiros). Joao and Malaquias was brothers.
Malaquias and Anna Maria de Jesus had also a son named Joaquim Pereira do Amaral, who was married to another person, not to Maria Rosa do Espirito Santo, and had no children.
Joaquim, son of Joao, was born around 1825, and his wife Maria Rosa around 1826. It can be calculated from the census data, done in Sao Sebastiao dos Correntes, Sabinópolis, in 1831, when they was 6 and 5 years old, respectively.
Maria Rosa do Espirito Santo was daughter to Antonio dos Santos Carvalhaes and Joanna Delphina do Espirito Santo. I supposed he was son of Cap. m. Bernardo dos Santos Carvalhaes, who had his inventory opened in 1794, at Vila do Principe (Serro - MG).
Supposed Joanna Delphina do Espirito Santo was daughter or granddaughter to Maria Rosa do Espirito Santo, who at the time of the census still alive, lived at the same family property and was 84 years old. Antonio and Joanna Delphina was both 42 years old.
Definitively, Maria Rosa dos Santos Carvalhaes, married to Joaquim Pereira do Amaral, is not daughter of Francisco Vaz Carvalhaes. Her inventory is at TJ-MG, Coarpe secretary, and can be requested by internet.
I am waiting for many inventories to be photographed and digitalized by the Coarpe. It includes from: Maria Rosa do Espirito Santo (born in 1748), her probably daughter Joanna Delphina (1851), Antonio dos Santos Carvalhaes (1856), Joao Pereira do Amaral (1875) and many, many others.
But is very difficult collaborate with so noble cause like make a universal family three with others interfering and giving data that is not true.
Sincerely,
Valquirio de M. Barbalho.

Valquirio Barbalho it sounds like you have much good information to correct this family.
Because FamilySearch Family Tree is open edit anyone (including you) can go in and add or change existing family with good or bad information at any time. Unfortunately it is up to the individual user of the Tree to assert that their changes are good/correct (rather than have that information reviewed by most interested relations for correctness before entry).
I did not look extensively at your 3g-grandfather's tree - but 'on the face of' your description - you appear to be correct - unfortunately someone has conflated the two cousins - Joaquim Pereira do Amaral - into one. You can correct this by adding your 3g grandfather Joaquim Pereira do Amaral as son of:
Joao Pereira do AmaraL L5VY-TBN and Maria Quiteria Rosa de Queiros G7ZD-ZCS
You can correct any names through the edit functions on the Person/Details page.
Once your 3g grandfather is created in the Tree - you can remove the existing relationship -
from Joaquim Pereira do Amaral [GQKG-S3Q] (son of Malaqius) to that newly created person id (PID).
I know this does not address your other questions - but hopefully it will assist you in starting the needed corrections in your family's tree.
