Finding Birth Place of My Great Grandfather.
Stephen Eiben is listed on John Eiben Death Record and John is Stephen Eiben is his Father. On the same record is his mother. All it says about his birth is that he was born in Austria. I went to Wiki and looked for Austria Records and found that Matricula online was listed. So I went to Matricula and looked throw all of the records for John Eiben and found none. I also went to Family Search and found None. So where do I go now.

Matricula Online has images, not indexes. It can't be searched by name. Some of their material is indexed on Genteam, but it's not even remotely complete.
But with only "Austria" to go by, you're never going to find him on that end anyway. In American records, "Austria" was very often a truncation of "Austria-Hungary", and as such, covered nearly half the continent of Europe.
So you need to keep looking at the other end (U.S., Canada, Australia -- you didn't say). Who was the immigrant? Do you have his arrival? Was he naturalized? Do you have any documents about that? Other sources that may name a more specific birthplace include draft registrations, vital records for his children, local censuses (the national U.S. ones generally stick to just countries, unfortunately), pension applications (including Social Security), and travel documents (passports, border crossings, manifests).
