Could you supply a link for the image? It helps to have that to compare handwriting and identify places.

Could you also look at this record please: It is a marriage record for Niels Nielsen and Ann Jensdatter, but I don't know what else it says. Listed April 6 1804 top right hand side of page 35

For your first record, the name is Poul. This website shows how the name Poul is related to other Scandianvian names: https://www.nordicnames.de/wiki/Paul.
The date is April 12 but I can't tell, for sure, if that is the christening or the birthdate. But I believe it is the christening date.
It lists the parents, Niels Nielsen and Anne Jensd(atter) of Uttrup and then lists the witnesses/godparents. Under Poul's name is a place where the date of the mother's introduction should have been recorded, but it didn't get done. See here for information on introduction of mothers: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Scandinavia_Introductions.
Your second record announces the engagement and records the marriage of Niels Nielsen of Uttrup and Anne Jensdatter, in Uttrup, who is the widow of Chr. Pedersen. The bondsmen were Jens Nielsen of Uttrup and Jens Andersen in Sundby. The engagement was on 6 April and the marriage took place on 21 May.
See this page in the Family Search Wiki concerning engagement and marriages in Scandinavia: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Scandinavia_Engagements_and_Marriages.
