Need help with 3 names

Hoping I could get some opinions on 3 names I am having a problem making out. There are 2 examples of each name ( One from the marriage record and one from the proclamation) but I think they were both written by the same person. Any help on the names would be greatly appreciated.

Cousin Vinny

1. Sacchetta
2. Saverio
3. Rosa Stumpo (the long s is common in pre-1900 script)

@Cousin Vinny Thank you very much! The Saverio name probably was throwing me off the most. I went ahead and utilized that surname link for all the names. Most of the names came from Paterno Calabro, Cosenza.

I'll be heading to my local family history center to seek some records, unfortunately records for Paterno Calabro can only be accessed there.
