Second question related to Jon Yggason
I don't find a birth record for Ingrid in 1753, but do find a record 26 Dec 1752 showing Jon Yggason and Ing??? Carlsdr, birth of daughter but I don't see a name for this child. At least not an Ingrid. Is this possibly the birth record I am looking for? Thanks again. Deniese

The parents are the same as in your first question, Jon Yggason and Ingiar (Ingiär) Carlsdotter. The child's name is in the middle of the third line-Maria. The farm is Västra Borstetorp which is the same as the farm in your first question. You can be sure it is the same family.

Norm, thank you for looking at this but I am still lost. The child I am looking for is an Ingrid Jonsdr. Or so I think. Jonas Svensson, C6ST-77C, is husband of Ingrid Jonsdr. The household record covering 1775 only lists her by first name. The wedding record gives surname and place. So I tried to find birth record. I will look through this again but any help most appreciated. Deniese
