Keretz or Bilus families in

I am trying to find my mother's birth certificate and any information on the family. She was born in 1910 in what was Pola, Austria, which then became part of Italy in 1918. Her birth name was Ermenegilda Keretz. I know they lived in Pola and also in Trieste. Her parents were Mario Keretz and Ermenegilda Bilus. Any help would be appreciated.
