New TFH Director/Consultant/Coordinator Needing Help
This question was asked and I forwarded it to this discussion. Please @mention Brenda M. Lybbert and not me. Thank you. π
Greetings, as a newly called TFH Director/Consultant/Coordinator (I've no idea what my husband and I are supposed be called, as we've heard conflicting answers), we are struggling to get information as to what we need to know to run the center. Ours is not yet set-up. We have equipment stored in our spare bedroom and furniture in our garage. We continue to wait for keys to the building and the room where we will set up the center. It's been months of waiting, and many are doing their best to help, for which we are tremendously grateful.
1) Is there a handbook for how to run a TFH center?
2) I've heard there are reports to send....what reports and too whom? Shouldn't these things be included in a handbook of instruction for a center? Why can't I find such a handbook? I've worked a shift at the neighboring stake's TFH center and was never given instructions, just a key and the time to be there. The consultants in our stake are asking for an orientation meeting to be taught what to do when they work a shift at our center. I've no idea what should be taught. Is there a handbook that has instructions for such a meeting?
3) What else do we need to know?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am reaching out to anyone I can think of for assistance. Even if you can send me on to whomever I need to speak with, would be wonderful.
Thank you for your time.

Make sure your stake clerk enters you in CDOL and LRC, if not already done when you were sustained
