Virtual Help
When I served as a FamilySearch Missionary we used a program called TeamViewer so that we could help others when they had computer problems. Is this available to consultants?
If not what method are other consultants using to help virtually when a member has a problem where you need to see what is on their computer screen or to help them download a genealogy program and get it set up?
Thanks

@Roger W. Wells You could invest in a personal license for a screen-share tool like TeamViewer. An internet search for screen share tools will turn up several options for you. Some are free.

Team Viewer used to have a free version, which I have but just haven't used in a while.
Whereby.com has a free version that I learned about in this community some time ago. Whereby has the advantage of being web based so there's no need to download software. You just give the other person the URL for your meeting room and they can go to it like any other web page.
