Robert Seal_1 Hi Robert. I just completed a nice webpage on Balthasar Scholl including many documents. This one fits perfectly. Thanks for being so energetic and helpful. Immigration to Russia - unusual.KG

Being the kind and thoughtful person that you are, Kent, you are very welcome indeed!

Robert Seal_1 I am glad I have you tricked into thinking I am kind and thoughtful. Keep thinking that Robert. One day either here or in the next life we must meet but only on your terms. Yesterday my wife and I were called to serve a 1.5 year mission at the FamilySearch, Lehi. We'll spend 12 hours a week helping people with family history, teaching classes, scanning documents and as greeters at the front desk. This will be a year and a half mission. With you helping comes naturally; we need a mission to get us moving. KG

You can't fool me, Kent. You ARE kind and thoughtful! Every time someone helps you with your requests, you always graciously say thank you and share an interesting anecdote.
P.S. I worked at the Pasadena (California) Family History Center for eight years as a non-Church volunteer and absolutely loved it. I think you and your wife will find this mission most enjoyable.

Robert Seal_1 Interesting Robert. I am following in your footsteps as a volunteer at a Family History Center. Thank you for your kind words. My wife joined the church and was baptized in the Sierra Madre building in 1993! KG

Do you mean the church on Sierra Madre Villa Avenue in Pasadena? If so, that's where I voluntered from 2007 to 2015.

Robert Seal_1That's the one. My first wife died in September of 1994. The patriarch in her Sierra Madre Villa Avenue ward and my father in law knew each other because they both worked in the Los Angeles Temple. Deborah's patriarch said, "I have a young divorced new member in my ward who is our ward greeter." My father in law said, "I have a son in law who just lost his wife. Why don't we line them up." On our first date I asked Deborah which bothered her more, the fact I had 6 children or that I was 13 years older than her. She said my age bothered her more but my children have been bothering her ever since. She had one son and it took a while to blend the families. Now soul mates and spend all of our time together. Small world. Eight years! Wow. That is way longer than a mission! Kent
