The Latin word is ingenuus (https://www.online-latin-dictionary.com/latin-english-dictionary.php?parola=ingenuus). It has among other the meaning "noble", but here it does not indicate that the person belongs to the nobility class.
Rather the typical phrasing "ingenuus juvenis" corresponds to the German "Junggesell" or bachelor, while "ingenua virgo" for the bride corresponds to "Jungfrau" or maiden.
Note that in the last two records the groom is called "Honestus vir" = honorable man and the bride ""Honesta" = Honorable, because both have been married before and are widower (viduus), respectively widow (vidua).
