How get a copy of my mother’s birth certificate from Tangier’s,

her Mother and father were both spanish citizens working in Tangier’s, my mother was born in Tangier’s in 1939 , she married my father in Gibraltar in 1957 and became a British citizen in 1959, and somehow has lost her birth certificate, any help would be much appreciated
