Help with Danish death record
Could I get help with the text about Peder Johansen in his death record? It's the second one on the page. I think it might say he left on a boat and is assumed dead?

I believe it says he was in a boat that capsized and was found dead. Since it says "Jordet", which means "buried" at the beginning of the entry, I presume there was a body to bury and that his body was found and buried. Can you give us a link to the record, or at least tell us the parish and county this occurred in? It may be that there is another record of this entry somewhere which could shed light on what happened. One curious thing about this is that I believe it says he was "udb" which could be "udøbt-unbaptized", but that would practically be unheard of for a 52 year old person in Denmark! I am thinking it must mean something else.
