Hello Kent,
Translation:
On the 7th of February 1754, a little daughter of Christian Bickel, citizen and blacksmith, from his wife Maria Sidonia, née Schollin, was born to the world, so thereafter was baptized and was named Kunigunda Margaretha. Baptismal sponsors are Mr. Gabriel Geibel, lordly hunter and chief forester here, with his wife Kunigunda Margar[etha]. Johann Georg Scholl with his wife.

Robert, very cool entry. I like unusual occupations. Not sure how to say "Kunigunda" so I used DeepL and it popped the word right out. Unusual name for my ears but it looks fairly common in German. Thanks so very much for the beautiful translation. A present in the new year!!! KG

My pleasure, Kent. I, too, enjoy coming across new and/or unusual occupations. Last month before Christmas, I translated a record for someone in the community (I don't think it was you) and one of the principals in the record was a gingerbread baker. This was my first gingerbread baker and I thought it was pretty cool that I came across it just before Christmas.

Robert Seal_1 That is very cool. Over Christmas I saw a house in SLC that was made up to look like a Gingerbread House. It looked totally real. My wife made a gingerbread house with some of our grandchildren. You should have heard her after it was all carefully decorated and the walls all fell in.
Yesterday Ulrich translated a document which I thought had Georg Scholl's name as a sponsor. As it turned out I misread the name. However it was a document of an ancestor I didn't have. Anyway the man was got into trouble for:
[note in the margin:] 1821 arrested in Rastatt as a treasure digger. We both got a laugh out of that one. KG
