Before the undersigned civil registrar appeared today, personally known, the merchant "Adolph" Vogelsberger, living in Usingen in the Obergasse [street name], Protestant religion, and reported that from Elise Vogelsberger, née Sauer, his wife, Protestant religion, living with him, the informant, in Usingen in his apartment, on the 6th of May of the year 1894, in the morning at 7:00 am a child of the female gender was born, who has not yet been given a forename.
Read aloud, approved, and signed: "Adolf" Vogelsberger.
The Civil Registrar: Philippi.
Certified in accordance with the Main Register, Usingen, on the 9th of May 1894.
