Father of Johann Michael Helferich
Hello, my 3x great grandfather was Johann Michael Helferich, born in most probably Marburg in ~1768. I am trying to find his father and mother, as well as his wife's,
but have struck out. I believe his wife was Elisabeth Cathrina Metzger. Please see attached. Any information on Johann's or Elisabeth's parents would be appreciated, thank you.

According to the family tree at https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/L5NF-SWB the son Johann Ludwig Helferich you have listed above was born in 1806, not 1826 (1826 wouldn't fit with his parents' ages anyway).
