Hello Kent:
Translation:
On the 6th of December [1712], Mattheus Scholl, the tailor, with Anna Eva Rothin [were married].
Comment: It's possible there is an abbreviated word/name squeezed between "December" and "Mattheus" but if so I am unable to decipher it.

You're welcome, Kent. And yes, as per Ulrich's suggestion, the name could be "Roth".

Robert, Good enough. Anna Eva Rossin or Ross is a mystery. I have looked on FS and Ancestry for her and am unable to find her. Maybe I should try Ross. In the documents on her 18 children she is always referred to as Anna Eva or Eva. Thanks for excellent work! KG

Kent, have you tried Anna Eva Roth? I believe we had this discussion before - to me the name looks more like Roth(in).

Thanks Robert.

See in FamilySearch Family Tree: Anna Eva Roth (1690-1741) ID K41Z-LNM. But her father is listed as: Hanß Wendel Roß!
P.S. I edited my original response to show her surname as: Rothin.

Robert Seal_1 Excellent. I saw Wendel Roß as well. Tough problem. Thanks for all suggestions. KG
