Engelhardt baptism translation help
I am new to reading records in German. I know just enough to find records. I can read the name in this record from Archion to know I have the right person (https://www.google.com/url?q=http://www.archion.de/p/1e99991564/&sa=D&source=calendar&usd=2&usg=AOvVaw2GZKn0O0L-LE4wkP7cRX7v) but can't decipher much else and don't want to miss important details. I appreciate any help in translating it. I have also attached a screen shot of just the record in case you don't have an Archion subscription.
[On another topic, I am having problems loading clear images in Archion-some of the tiles that make up the images are not rendering or are blurry. Is this normal?]

Good morning @Denise Cross,
Translation:
Engelhardt, Wilhelm Herrmann Constantin, second child from the second marriage of the gingerbread baker Georg Friedrich Engelhardt and his wife Babette, née Meiner, at Zirndorf, was born on the 27th of January early at 12:30 am and on the 30th of the same month in the afternoon at 2:00 pm was baptized at home. Baptismal sponsors were: August Constantin A__dinger, master clothier here, and secondary school/high school student Wilhelm Meiner from Nürnberg. Midwife: Bonnet. "Lit. Vir. Repprecht?"
