The last word of the first line looks like: "Khind" which is perhaps a local variant of the word "Kind" = child. I will mark the word "child" in the translation with a "?".
Translation:
On the 3rd of March [1699], Andreas Scholl [had] a child? born dead [i.e., stillborn], and here was buried in a Christian manner.
