Luise Charlotte is legitimate (ehelich; see column 6). Her father I believe is a hireling (under his name, I think it says Heul.; compare with Heurl. under the last father's name on the page)--it might be more clearly written or written out in another child's baptismal record. I agree that her mother's maiden name is Witte. The witnesses are L. Wineke (written in Latin script rather than the old German script) and Charl[es] Wittemeier. Luise Charlotte's death (indicated by +) is listed under the witnesses' names as being on 1 January 1893 in Vlotho (see linked death record).

The notation 4/8.64 (not 66) is the pastors note about where the find the next child born to this couple. Many pastors used this type of notation to track families in their church books. If fact, many times they also have a reference to the previous child as well.
