No puedo ver la imagen de un documento

Recibi un hint de uno de mis ancestros. La informacion indexada se veia correcta pero cuando voy a chequear la imagen del documento no muestra la imagen. Solo muestra 2 documentos de personas diferentes. Que puedo hacer?

I received a hint for one of my ancestors. The indexed information seemed correct but when I went to check the image of the document it didn't show the image. It only shows 2 documents of different people. What can I do?
