I'm trying to locate a marriage record for my 2nd great-grandparents. Family lore suggests they were
This is the information I have so far:
Joseph B. Short (1852-1932) & Barbara Short (1853-1884) (yes, her maiden name was identical to her married name, but her parents have also spelled it as Short, Chad or Schad), married 26 Feb 1873 in Fulton County, Ohio. Joseph & Barbara had 8 children. After Barbara's passing in March of 1884, Joseph married a 2nd time to Christina King (1865-1942) - presumably in July of 1884 (possibly the 26th) and together they had 11 children. Sadly however, I cannot find any record of their marriage either. Many thanks for any insights or tips you may have!

I would suggest starting with the guided research for Ohio at https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/GuidedResearch:Ohio and then investigating Fulton County in the FamilySearch Catalog at https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/results?count=20&placeId=196055&query=%2Bplace%3A%22United%20States%2C%20Ohio%2C%20Fulton%22.
