New at German Research - need help translating please
The person we are looking at is Johann Friedrich Wilhelm Wehmeier #MS8R-T1V
We are trying to resolve two sets of parents for Johann.
His christening record - dated Oct 22, 1786 (looks like this might be an index?) shows parents as: Johann Diederich and Anne Sophie Dorothee Langhortsten - sixth entry on the page, the record is attached in sources - Here is link to image https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS85-8QMG-B
Johann's marriage record (source also attached to family tree) gives his birthdate as 21 Oct 1786 (Bergkirchen, Westfalen)and shows parents as Ernst Christoph. Dietr. Wehmeier and Dor. Eleanore (something?) Langhorst.

The parents' names have matching surnames, but are different enough that I believe we have two sets of people. I am wondering if the record indicates that the parents listed on the marriage record could possibly be "foster or adoptive" parents - because the surnames match, I think the "parents" could be siblings...still looking for marriage records and death records for both sets of people. We are new at German research and cannot read all the information in the records - but have been able to pick out names and dates. Could someone please help with a more complete translation?
My sister is wondering if the two couples are really the same people, but I suspect they are not - what do you think?
