Good evening Kent,
I was uncomfortable with the word "vicarius" in this record and upon taking a second look, the word is "viduus" which is Latin for "widower". So I edited my original response to you and showed the change in bold.
At the time that Johann Simon Cammerer served as a baptsimal sponsor for this child, he was a widower.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Robert

Good morning @Kent Gardiner,
Translation:
1746, on the 3rd of October a little daughter of Christoph Scholl, local citizen, from his wife Barbara, was born into the world, so thereafter was baptized and was named Margaretha. Baptismal sponsors are Jo[hann] Simon Cammerer, at the present time a widower and citizen, and Ulrich Roth, citizen and tailor, with his wife.
Comment: pr: tem: = pro tempore = at/for the present time, temporarily.

Robert, your attention to detail is awesome. Your caring and precision on something that isn't even related to you is very much appreciated by me and I am sure by all those in the Community that have the privilege of having you translate their docs. All the best to you, Kent
