Can someone help me with the tranlation of Frantisek Caletka's death record?

I think the following record of Frantisek Caletka may be my ancestor. His entry is the second from the botton on page 58. He lives at Tupes #12. I would like the information in the deceased column translated. Does it list his age and how he died? Thank you very much for any help.

I entirely agree with Mckenna, I just read the mother's name as Rosina Winzig, here the W is justified, it is a name of German origin. And region of Budejovice.

Thank you McKenna & Anna. This is not my ancestor. I was confused about the ditto march in the year column. Since the person above was listed as 83 years, I didn't know if that ditto mark was saying this Frantisek was 83 year & 8 mos. or if he was 8 months old. I appreciate both of your help.
