help translating document for Ernst Lowenstein and Regina Lachmann
Please help me translate this document for my great grandparents, Ernst Löwenstein and Regina Lachmann. I think it is a marriage declaration or license. Their PID numbers are LBN6-5TQ and GCRV-2DP. You will find the document attached in their memories listed as maybe a marriage license.
Thank you,

Hello @jeaniespeck,
Translation:
[Upper left corner]:
RoyalCivil Registration Office, Stadtkreis [city district] Bromberg.Marriage Proclamation List no. 291.
[Body of the record]:
Marriage Proclamation Certificate.
The marriage proclamation of merchant Ernst Loewenstein, living in Breslau, District [blank], with Regina Rebecka Lachmann, without occupation, living in Bromberg, District [blank], has been ordered by the undersigned on 30 December 1918.
Bromberg, on the 22nd of January 1919.
The Civil Registrar: [signature].
My comments: The crossed-out word is "heute" = today, and has been replaced with the date 30 December 1918.
The other crossed-out word is "Königliches" = Royal. The German Empire ceased to exist in November 1918, and your record is from a month later, hence the word was struck-out on the form.
The small print at the bottom of the record beginning with the word "Anmerkung" is citing the German marriage law and does not affect the information in the main record.

This document is an Aufgebots-Bescheinigung, "Certificate about notice of intended marriage", from the municipal registry office.
