Not sure what you mean by "inkeeper sign?" Do you mean another inkeeper like I have for some of my witnesses? In that case the man helped run the local inn.
Also "former hunter of the noble lord." Any idea what that means? Did Joachim Holtzen hunt game for one of the nobles in the area? That sounds like an interesting job.

Also I haven't seen "middle class inhabitant here" in any other documents. Is this something you have seen before? Usually it just says citizen or worker or lists his job. Any idea what that means? I do know that to become a Bürger or citizen one needed to pay some money and have a steady job. The next step down was a laborer. As I understand above Bürgers were the upper class, lords, ladies and dukes.
