Help with a 1647 inscription using archaic spelling
Google translate is stymied by the spelling, and my German vocabulary is too weak to imagine the "real" words.
Albert Thormahlen and his wife dedicate their new house, after being burned out twice before by Swedish troops during the 30 Years War. Hence, reference to the "Swedish War". But the rest eludes me.

Hello @alan schultz_1
actually this is not an "archaic spelling" but Low German, a language variety that was widely spoken in northern Germany (and to some degree still is). The translation to modern High German is
Albert Thormählen , Elsebe Thormählen, die haben dieses Haus zum zweiten Mal wieder bauen lassen. Nach dem Schwedischen Krieg. Der wohl Gott vertraut, der hat wohl gebaut. Anno 1647
and to English:
Albert Thormählen, Elsebe Thormählen had this house built again for the second time. After the Swedish war. He who trusts God well has built well. Anno 1647

Wow, this is new to me ! ;this comes from Schleswig-Holstein. I've only looked at church documents, but this is my first experience with language of the population.
