the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty four, on September thirty at six o'clock in the evening, before us Joseph Barsinger, mayor, registrar of the commune of Wentzwiller, canton of Huningue, department of Haut-Rhin, appeared: Mundwiller François Joseph, owner, aged 61 years and Burgat François Joseph, farmer, aged 42 years, the first is brother, the second neighbor of the deceased, who declared to us that this day at one o'clock in the afternoon, Mundwiller Jacques, aged 67 years, domiciled in Wentzwiller, son of the deceased spouses Jacques Mundwiller and Anne-Marie Wanner, in their lifetime farmers and husband of the surviving Dirrig Catherine, without status, aged 55, domiciled in Wentzwiller, died in his residence in this place. Jacques Mundwiller (67 years old), son of Jacques Mundwiller and Anne Marie Wanner ( ( both deceased) and spouse of living Catherine Dirrig (55 ans old) is dead the september 30th in the year 1864 at 1PM on Wentzwiller. Declaration made by his brother François Joseph and François Joseph Burgot , neighbour the same day at 6 PM.
