Is it possible Magdalena might have been called Helena? A birth record of their child had Helena Kroppe as mothers name.

I don't see it here, sorry.
From experience: It may just be an error on the priest's part. Or a coincidental match of names on the father's. Or a third first name, you'd have to check her birth record to be sure.

now that I know where she is from I will search for a record. She was not born in where she was married i am assuming as no record was found there so far.
