@MargaretBrady Might help a bit:
Date: June 1st, 1659
Groom: Ferdinand Friedrich Freiherr von Tieffenpach, Herr zu –, Mäßberg
Bride: Maria Constantia [baroness] von Regall, legitimate daughter of Herrn Christoph Maxen Freyherrn von Regall and his wife Frau Maximiliana Helene née Offenhaim, both deceased
(Note: Tieffenpach would probably be spelt Tiefenbach today which makes it easier to guess the meaning. Tief = deep, Bach/Pach = stream, brook)

Thank you! So would you say it doesn’t mention the groom’s parents at all? That’s the missing piece I’ve been looking for :/

@MargaretBrady Not that I can see. It may help to have a look at baptism records; they do sometimes mention grandparents as well as parents.
