Short Answer to your question: You CANNOT.
.
Explanation:
.
Assumption here, you and your Mother and Siblings/Children, who are all "Living", are Members of the Church ...
.
In "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch" any "Living" individuals/persons in one's "FamilySearch" Account (ie. within "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch"), whether created by the "System", if one is a Member of the Church; or, by one themselves, ONLY appears in the "Private Spaces" of the one whose Account it is.
.
Other Users/Patrons (whether, Members of the Church or not) CANNOT see ANY of the "Living" individuals/persons. in the "Private Spaces", in another User's/Patron's "FamilySearch" Account (ie. within "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch").
.
Users/Patrons (whether, Members of the Church or not) can ONLY see the "Deceased" individuals/persons within "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch".
.
Now ...
That said ...
.
As such, your "Mother" is a "Living" individual/person within "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch"; therefore, she will, in fact, be "Duplicated" a number of times within "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch".
.
By that I mean, the following.
.
- She herself will have her own UNIQUE "FamilySearch Person Identifier" (PID), that is ONLY seen, by her, in her Account.
.
- She will also have a NUMBER of "Unique" PIDs, each one separate and distinct from each other; and, one of each of those "Unique" PIDs will appear in each of YOUR Account; and, for each of your Siblings (her Children) Accounts - in fact, "Duplicates" of your Mother.
.
Here is another example, of what I am trying to explain.
.
I, and, my immediate Family, are all Members of the Church.
Therefore, I have a "Unique" PID.
.
But, the "Living" ME is "Duplicated" a number of times in "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch".
.
There are, at least, Six (x6) "Duplicates" of the "Living" ME, that I know of, for certain.
.
One resides within my Wife's Account; whereas, the other Five (x5) reside within each of the Accounts of my Children.
.
Currently (even though I would like to), I CANNOT "Merge"/"Combine" the other known Six (x6) "Duplicates" of the "Living" ME into the actual "Living" ME.
.
The reason that I cannot "Merge"/"Combine" the other known Six (x6) "Duplicates" of the "Living" ME into the actual "Living" ME, is that they all reside in the "Private Spaces" of OTHER Users/Patrons, regardless that those other Users/Patrons are, in fact, my Wife and Children - who are all Members of the Church.
.
One of the reasons that we have our own "Private Spaces" and that the "Living" individuals/persons in our own Accounts reside there is because there are a myriad of "Privacy" Laws in the many "Countries" and "Unions" throughout the World - it is a 'mine field' to navigate.
.
Of course, there are a number of other considerations, not to mention the complexity regarding Programming/Coding.
.
We have been informed that "FamilySearch" is investigating whether or not we MIGHT be able to "Share" the "Living" individuals/persons in our "Private Spaces" in our own "FamilySearch" Accounts with each other; but, that is a monumental task; and, will take some time to understand and implement - if it can even be implemented at all.
.
We just need to be patient, they say patience is a virtue, well that is one virtue that I am sorely lacking; because, I am not a patient person.
.
I hope this helps.

For some 'light' reading ...
.
Here are some "Knowledge Articles" in "FamilySearch" on this matter:
.
What is a private space in Family Tree?
.
Who can see my living relatives in Family Tree?
.
Enjoy

Both of these are great answers to this question I see a lot of times here in Communities.
Thank you!

If three of you put her into FSFT, she will have three different ID and you cannot merge them because of this "Private space" that has been pointed out already.

This brings up an interesting point for the future for all of us. At least for members of the Church, I'm told it takes 90 days for a record to finally show up as "Deceased" in FS after the ward clerk changes that in the membership records - just in case a mistake is made (which we had in our own stake that subsequently created all kinds of problems for the individual trying to access her own FS account). If the member has added many memories to his/her own "Memories" page, it may be a good idea for family members to wait until that account (her unique FS ID number) is actually marked "Deceased" following death, and then coordinate the merging of everyone else's versions of the recently deceased person into his/her original PID. That way, if s/he has personal stories that s/he intended to be seen after death, they'll still be there for everyone else to see. I have been unable to get detailed answers as to exactly what transfers from memories when merges are done, but this way it would seem more likely that the deceased person's memories that they entered personally, will be preserved.
