Processetti record needs translation
In the processetti records for Carmelo Segreto and Mariana Donzelli (married in Biscari (now Acate), marriage register no. 55, 16 November 1849) there are two documents that I think are statements of death, but I am having difficulty understanding. Could I get a translation of each? They are images 490 and 493 at:
The Archives for Personal Data Research (http://www.antenati.san.beniculturali.it/?lang=en) > Browse the Registries > State Archives of Ragusa > Civil Status of the Restoration > Biscari (now Acate) > Weddings, Processions > 1849 > 1544 images 490 and 493
Also, the last image (495/496) seems like a list of witnesses (many have surnames of family members). Is this correct. or is there other information about the relationships that I am missing?
Thank you!

Image 490: Acate, 16 Nov 1806: Died Carmelo Segreto, son of Rosario and Lucia Salerno, husband of Anna Ragusa[?], aged 38
Image 493: Acate, 18 Dec 1806: Died Mariano Donzelli, son of Rosario and Angela Leone, husband of Giulia Sgarlato, age 44
Images 495 and 496: Because the bride was a minor (under 21) with deceased parents and paternal grandfather, then as per the law, the consent of her 3 closest paternal and 3 closest maternal relatives was required (presumably her uncles or cousins but this is not specified). All agreed to the marriage.
