Translation help- death record

I am looking for Anna Vaso Magno's death record, and the record below seems to be for Anna Vaso Magni. Am I reading it correctly that it is her son(s) that are reporting her death?

What are the words after her name? Something with an 8 (otto)? An age would be helpful to know that I may have the right person!

She was the wife of Lorenzo Giacchi, but I see nothing referring to a husband or being a widow.
