To find information on her you need a specific place and time frame to look for. Did your grandmother emigrate from Italy, and if so, do you have any immigration documentation for her (naturalization, passenger manifest)? If you can narrow down where your grandmother was born and the approximate year, it should be possible to find your great grandmother through your grandmother's birth record.
Or, if your grandparents married in Italy, do you have a copy of that record?

I do not have much but here goes. My grandmother was born in 1896 in Avella, Italy. She married Immacolato Mazzara August 10, 1922 in Avella. My grandfather's parents were Girolamo Mazzara and Carmela Siniscalchi. My grandmother's parents were Luigi Pedalino (father) and Chiara Angela Noviello) (mother). Maternal gret-grandmother died about 1926 in Italy. When my paternal gg died do not know but it was in Italy. Girolamo married several times we believe and he immigrated to the US on 6/13/1901 on the Karamania.

So Carmela is your grandfather's mother, not your grandmother's mother as you originally said?
Your grandparents's marriage record:
Carmela Siniscalchi was already deceased at the time. Your grandfather Immacolato was born 13 Jul 1895 in Avella:
So Carmela died between 1895 and 1922, probably in Avella. You can look here for her death record:
Now here's the interesting thing. This is the marriage of Girolamo Mazzara and Maria Teresa Siniscalchi, 28 Feb 1884:
Maria Teresa was 27, born in Mugnano del Cardinale, daughter of Francesco and of Mariangela Napoletano. So born in 1856/7. Those records are here:
Girolamo and Maria Teresa had several children between 1885 and 1893 and she was called Teresa or Maria Teresa in each record. So the name Carmela on Immacolato's birth record is a bit of a puzzle. Maybe just a mistake that got repeated on Immacolato's marriage record. Maybe she died when he was young and he didn't know any better what her name was.

THANK YOU so very much!!! You are incredible!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry about erring the first time calling her my grandmother's mother. So Maria Teresa is my gf's mother. correct? Did Girolamo marry again? I got the distinct impression that he had a number of marriages. You are so amazing that I hate to ask something else but is there any chance you could find out anything about my grandmother's parents?

How do you know that Carmela was dead prior to my gf's birth? You say that Carmela died between 1895 and 1922??? Do you mean Teresa? Sorry I am being a bother but I am confused.

Carmela was dead prior to your grandfather's marriage, it says so in the marriage record. So she died between 1895 (when he was born) and 1922 (when he was married). What I don't know is whether Maria Teresa and Carmela are the same person. I suspect so but I don't know.
Whether Girolamo Mazzara remarried I don't know, I didn't look but you can look at your leisure. There's no easy way to search.
Your grandmother's Luigi Pedalino and Chiara Angela Noviello married 1 Nov 1882:
Luigi was 26, born in Avella, son of Vincenzo and of Francesca Barka. Chiara was 24, daughter of deceased Giosue and living Olivia Pedalino.
