Hungarian Translation Assistance
Good Afternoon. I am hoping you can assist. The attached link for the Hungarian Baptism record for my great-grandfather has the words on header columns 4 and 5 on the first page and 1-4 on the second page crossed out and re-written over.
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS54-HSGR-R?i=50&cat=104927
I am not able to read the writing clear enough to use a dictionary to translate with the use of a dictionary. Any assistance as to what the handwritten re-written words say would be most appreciated. My great-grandfather, Fereniz Ulreich (born 10 Nov, baptized 11 Nov 1878), is listed on the document and, if possible, any translation to his actual full record would also be sincerely appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Have a blessed day.

(I recognize that register. It's Felsőlövő Lutheran. My dad's dad's dad was Josef Polster, a Lutheran from Felsőlövő.)
The headers are crossed out because they were misprinted: there are two columns for the name of the child and none for the residence/birthplace. Reverend Stettner methodically relabeled the columns on all of the affected pages.
1878
Number 72. Born 10, baptised 11 November.
Child: Ferencz, male, legitimate
Name and civil status of parents: Ferencz Ulreich, farmer, Rozina Gamauf
Birth location and house-number: Schmidraith number 16
Godparents: Jósef Baldauf and Rozina Ulreich, residents of Schmidraith
Officiant: Gy[ula] Stettner
Schmidraith was the German name of Határfő. It's now spelled Schmiedrait, and it's part of the municipality of Oberschützen (Felsőlövő).

Columns 4 & 5 are used for declaring if a boy or girl was born. Column 4) boy, column 5) girl. Sometimes you will see this listed as, "son/daughter" or "male/female". In your great-grandfather's case, the word, "fiú" is Hungarian for "boy". Column 5 would be the listing for girl, which would be, "lány". I'm not sure what word they have declared in this column.
In case you would like to know, columns 6 & 7 declare whether or not the birth was 6) legitimate or 7) illegitimate.
In the entry for your great-grandfather's birth, he was declared to be a legitimate, boy child who was born to his parents who were married at the time of his birth.

Good Morning Julia:
Thank you for your assistance with translating the record for me. Thank you also for the clarification on the connection between Határfő and Schmidraith. I truly appreciate it.
That is most interesting that you are related to Josef Polster and recognize the roster. Our families probably knew each other. It truly is a small world. Do you happen to know why the Felsőlövő Lutheran records from 1876 from the same area were in German rather than Hungarian? I found the Baptism record for my great-grandmother in the same roster records list but it was all in German. She was born 2 years prior to my great-grandfather mentioned in the record above.
Thank you so much again.

Good Morning Erik:
Thank you for the most helpful information regarding the column clarification and for translating that my great-grandfather was declared legitimate and that his parents were married at the time of his birth. This is very helpful and important information. I truly appreciate your assistance. Best wishes for a wonderful day.

(I misremembered or misread the problem: it's not that the preprinted headers were wrong, exactly, but that they were arranged differently than Rev. Stettner considered logical. I mostly agree with him -- the preprinted headers put the name of the officiant before the name of the parents, which is just nonsensical when you consider that that's the only place the child's surname appears.)
Printed headers:
Folyó szám [Consecutive number]
A születésnek éve és napja [Year and day of birth]
A keresztelésnek éve és napja [Year and day of baptism]
A kereszteltnek [The baptisee's]
-neve [name]
-neme: leány, fiú [gender: girl, boy]
-származása: törvényes, törvénytelen [origin: legitimate, illegitimate]
-Netaláni elhalálozás napja [Perchance day of death]
A kereszteltnek születéshelye [Baptisee's place of birth]
A keresztelőnek neve [Name of officiant]
A szüléknek neve, jelleme s vallása [Name, status, and religion of parents]
A keresztelés tanuinak neve és jelleme [Name and status of baptismal witnesses]
Jegyzet [Notes]
Relabeled headers:
[Consecutive number]
[Year and day of birth]
[Year and day of baptism]
[The baptisee's]
[-name]
[-gender:] fiú, leány [boy, girl]
[-origin: legitimate, illegitimate]

A szülék neve és polgári állása [Name and civil status of parents]
A születés helye, házszám [Place and house-number of birth]
