I read it as:

the 10th January 1885 worker certificate to Norrland.

24 February 1888 certificate to Helsingland

28 March 1890 till Ljusne mås(ugn) in Söderala (I believe the next word is an abbreviation for "församling-parish") Gefllb (probably Gävelborg) county
