It seem like she asked to reclaim her citizenship, she asked for it on the 13th of March 1934 and received (or wanted to receive) it on the 13th of November 1934.
It also says "Wilms Marie (spouse of) Van Griensven Cornelius Egidius".

Thiebout &Kay,..
The location Lommel borders the Netherlands, and the exact boundary has changed and is revisioned several times since 1918 .A good example can be observed on google maps=>
"Lommel" and then watch for the borderlines above Vossemeren. (zoom in and follow the river)The situation has some similarities with Baarle Nassau-Baarle-Hertog, (as an aside for Thiebout,), as some houses had the borderline run their living rooms. If that was the pending case, then
you could by declaration declare yourself to Be Dutch or Belgian, and if the subject was or is unwillingly, the state decides on the basis of the location of the front door. Many changed
the location of their front door...Nationality could also be reclaimed when borders changed again.
