Short Answer: 'No', unfortunately NOT.
.
What is the Film number?
.
So, is the 'Icon' on the 'right-hand-side', a "Film Reel"; and, hence, only available at the "Family History Library" ( FHL ) in "Salt Lake City", Utah, USA?
.
Does he Film have a "DGS" number?
.
IF, the Film does have a DGS number; THEN, the Film has been "Digitised"; but, is NOT 'On-Line', for whatever reason.
.
There are many reasons why a Film that is "Digitsied" is NOT 'On-Line'.
.
One of the reasons why such Films that is "Digitsied" is NOT 'On-Line' is that they are available on "Subscription" (ie. "Paid") websites (both, Government; and, Commercial).
.
Here is the 'link' to 'FamilySearch' "Wiki" pages for some of the "Workhouses" in "Middlesex" in London, England:
.
Middlesex Records of the Poor
https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Middlesex_Records_of_the_Poor
.
Middlesex Poor Law Unions
https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Middlesex_Poor_Law_Unions
.
As I indicated, looks like those Records area available on OTHER "Subscription" (ie. "Paid") websites.
.
Now ...
That said ...
.
Due to the TEMPOARY "Closure", you could try a 'On-Line" Consultation with the "Family History Library" ( FHL ):
.
Engage with the Family History Library Online
https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Engage_with_the_Family_History_Library_Online
.
.
Family History Library Online Consultations
https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Family_History_Library_Online_Consultations
.
.
Good Luck.

I have previously found microfiche of original records for The Holborn Union Workhouse in The London Metropolitan Archives. They have a web site but I suspect a personal visit might be out of the question in present times. HHope this might help you.

Elizabeth,
Many of the St. Marylebone workhouse records have been digitized and can be accessed by going to the link below and then clicking the camera icon. Some images have restrictions but can be viewed in a local family history center. Others can be viewed from home on your computer.
