I read about Belgium having a census, but I can't find it. Is it online? Thank you so much!!

What exactly are you looking for? The census records in Belgium are different from the US census.

Here's the FS Wiki page about these records: https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Belgium_Census
The FS Catalog is a good place to start if trying to find online records.

I thought it could help me find children to go with the parents I find. I have been using the Ten Year Tables, but there was one Ten Year Table missing on Family Search, so I thought the census could help, but I don’t see anywhere I can search.

Have a look at the website of the State Archives of Belgium. (https://search.arch.be/) While most of the images of civil registration records they have are direct copies of the digital images FS has, sometimes one of the two websites has made a mistake and missed a set of records.
If you can't find either the Ten Year Table or the Population Register/Census that you want on either the FS Catalog or the website of the State Archives, I suggest contacting the State Archives. Also take a look at https://geneaknowhow.net/digi/resources.html
