'Yes'.
.
And, in fact, there are Two (x2) concurrent 'Side' Programmes in 'FamilySearch'; and, Two (x2) separate 'Groups' in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, BOTH, relating to the "Improving Place Names", namely:
.
The initial and still active foray, being "Match Labeling"
https://www.familysearch.org/match/labeler/
.
Group (Public)
FamilySearch Match Labeling
https://community.familysearch.org/s/group/0F93A000000HahdSAC/familysearch-match-labeling
.
and,
.
Now the easy version above, being "Improving Place Names"

This is a fun little activity. If you have a little experience in using Family Tree and understand standard places this is qute easy. You can always pass on a place you don't understand.

I did that!! And yes, I agree with @Robert Givens, you don't have to get stressed out about not knowing one of the place names. Just skip it and move on from there!! It is really fun and fairly easy to do.

I love that you can pick the country you want to do this for. Be sure to pick a country whose place name system you are familiar with:)

I love this activity! It only takes a few minutes, so easily done while waiting for hubby to come in for supper!

Thanks for suggesting to pick a country. I hadn’t noticed that option
