Difficult to Use
Feedback on Controlled Edit Tree Beta
I uploaded a tree for my Yeaman family research and unfortunately made a major mistake: I thought I was making my Danish genealogy edits in the main Family Tree, but I was actually making them in my Controlled Edit Tree. The interface needs to make it much more obvious which tree I am currently working in. I should never have to wonder whether I am editing the main tree or a controlled edit tree.
When I realized what had happened, I tried to correct the problem by adding the Danish information to the main tree.
Ultimately, these issues became frustrating enough that I decided the easiest solution was simply to delete my Controlled Edit Tree and start over by reuploading it.

@Tanner Blair Tolman We appreciate your comments. However, we encourage you to list only one problem per post so this should have been four different posts. This helps keep discussions clean and tracking each problem. In fact, this has been separated for further follow-up.
