Translation Request
Hello all,
I have three land registration documents (tapu, I believe) from Ottoman Palestine (Acre/Galilee region, late 19th/early 20th century) that are written in the official Ottoman language (a mix of turkish, persian and arabic, to my understanding).
Is there anyone who could help translate them?

Attached are the documents.
They should be from the region of Acre (first two lines). Town is likely Shefa'amr (fourth line)
Family name is "Habiba" (Habiby) (last word in reading from the right on the 12th line)1 -
Hello @AudreyJolivet-Habiby! These are great records! We just published this genealogical word list to help with Ottoman records on the FamilySearch Research Wiki. You can access it by clicking here.
Hopefully someone else jumps in who is better with Ottoman Turkish! Will hopefully have some help for you in the next week or so.

If it helps, I believe the handwritten text on the twelfth line on the possessors of the land (متصرف اولجق كيمه) may contain the following names: (in order) Youssef ; Ibrahim ; Sa'ad ; Assad ; Khalil Habibeh (Khalil being the name of the father of the 4 other people mentioned on the documents, Habibeh (Habiby) being the family name).

That is very helpful! @AudreyJReb, is there any particular information you are looking for from the document?

Thanks @lldaly12 !
The most useful information at this stage would be:
- The exact document date(s). We believe they were filled out some time between the 1870s and the early 1900s, but it would be helpful to have a more precise date. I understand that the "Rumi calendar" would have been used.
- The reason for the issuance of the deeds (جهت اعطاسى سند) on line 11, just above the names: inheritance? donation? other reason? This could be potentially corroborated from the types of taxes due.
- The number of Dunums (دوم) (line 6). On one, it looks like 12 (or 13), but on the other two it is hard to tell, including one where there is a rather long handwritten text to the left of the number. The relative sizes of the properties could be potentially corroborated from the amount of tax due.
- The four boundaries (حدود اربع طرف) of the properties (line 5)
- Any other specific information that would help us understand the contents of these documents better.
Many thanks!

Is there any way you could send higher resolution images? Even a picture with your phone?
