The scan is not high enough resolution to make out all of the words in the second section. Best I can make out:

What I'm reading is:
il predetto ufficiale mentre si trovava in prima linea per lo scoppio di una bomba nemica veniva ferito alla coscia e ginocchio.
Translated: The aforementioned officer, while on the front lines, was wounded in the thigh and knee by an enemy bomb.At the end of the sentence are two letters that look like S and A to me, and could stand for "SinistrA" (left), referring to the left leg.
