The godparents were: George Rommering, resident and bricklayer 'am Berge' (litterally 'at the mountain', probably an address), Michael Dieterich, resident and shoemaker, legitimate son of Peter Dieterich, half-farmer at Löbau, and Miss Maria, legitimate daughter of Baltzer Rommerich, master bricklayer and resident here in Somsdorf.
