I would like to request a translation of the attached document — record # 145. I believe it is the birth record for Urszula (possibly Rosalia) Ostrowska. Date of birth is Aril 7, 1864. Also, is this record in Polish or Russian? The record is from Geneteka.
Thank you!

Hi Maria. Thank you so much for the record translation. I was hoping that there might be a middle name in the record for Urszula to provide proof that Urszula was actually Rozalia Ostrowska. I did notice that the godmother was named Rozalia. Based on what I've found so far for Rozalia, I believe she was born in 1866. A death record has finally appeared on Geneteka for her. She and her husband both passed away on April 14, 1919 during the flu epidemic. The record indicates she was 53 years old at her death. So, it's close, but I still would like more proof. New records appear all the time, so I'm not giving up.

Thank you so much for all the translations you have provided for me this year. You have really helped with the Polish side of my husband's ancestors! I wish you a wonderful New Year!
