    Before the undersigned civil registrar appeared today the boilerman/stoker Gerhard Plumpe, personally known, residing in Ennigerloh, Bauerschaft Werl no. 151, and reported that the railway signalman August Plumpe, 81 years old, Protestant religion, residing in Ennigerloh, Bauerschaft Werl no. 151, born in Hörste, widowed, son of the deceased at Hörste married couple cottager Johann Friedrich Plumpe and Katharina Elisabeth, née Koch, died at Ennigerloh in the informant's residence on the 2nd of July of the year 1896 in the morning at 8:00 am.
