I should note that the Rosaria Lapetina I am researching has a matching age, but is married at this point with children of her own. Wondering why she wouldn't be further identified as "wife of…"

I think it says senz'altro segno o cifra alcuno sul corpo (without any other sign or marks on her body). Also the time is 3:05 am in Vico Cirone near the door of her house (antimeridiane tre e minuti cinque nel Vico Cirone vicino alla porta di sua abitazione) with her face covered (con la faccia coperta).

She promised to give an accounting to any request from the authorities (promettendo…nonché di darne conto ad ogni richiesta dell'autorità).
